Compare like with like
Keep enough of the setup consistent to interpret a change. A higher chair, stronger hand support, slower pace, or longer rest changes the task even when the repetition count stays the same. Read measurement and meaningful change before treating a small numerical gain as a firm conclusion.[1]
Review a pattern at an interval that suits your goal and care plan. Include work, sport, sleep, and other relevant demands if they help explain the week. The log is most useful when it supports a decision or improves an appointment conversation.
Manage your record
Saved entries are stored on this device in this browser profile. They do not sync between devices. Clearing site data or using private browsing can remove them. Export a copy if you want to keep one; downloaded files and printed copies need their own privacy precautions.
Use Edit to add a later response, Remove to delete one entry, or Clear saved log to erase all entries held by this tool. If browser storage is unavailable, the page will tell you; export before leaving to keep any session-only entries.
