Website delivery and technical records
The hosting service may process request information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information, referrer, and error details to deliver and secure the site. Those technical records are separate from the movement log. The site does not require an account or a login.
Fonts and site images are served from Gain of Motion. The current pages do not load analytics trackers, embedded social-media widgets, or advertising scripts.
Movement-log storage
The movement log stores entries in this browser profile only when you choose Save. Its content is not transmitted to Gain of Motion by the tool. Entries are not encrypted by the application and may be accessible to anyone using the same device or browser profile.
Use Edit or Remove for individual entries, Clear saved log for all entries in the tool, or your browser’s site-data controls. Data does not sync between devices. Private browsing, storage limits, or clearing site data can remove records. Exported CSV files and printed copies are under your control and need their own safeguards.
Avoid recording names, medical record numbers, or sensitive details that are unnecessary for your purpose. The log does not use its contents for advertising or audience profiling.
Email correspondence
If you email the publication, the recipient receives the address, message, and attachments you send. That information may be used to respond, investigate a correction or technical issue, handle a privacy request, and maintain correspondence records through email service providers. Do not send private clinical records or identification documents.
Advertising and cookies
The current site includes AdSense ownership verification and an authorized-seller record, but no ad-serving script. Those static records do not themselves place advertising cookies.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may place or read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s ad controls. Required consent controls must be in place before applicable advertising technologies are activated.
Outside websites
Opening a source or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Gain of Motion does not control those services. Their policies govern information processed there.
Questions and requests
Email privacy@gainofmotion.com for questions about information sent to the publication or to make an applicable access, correction, or deletion request. Include enough context to identify the correspondence without adding unnecessary sensitive information. The publication cannot retrieve or remotely delete movement-log entries held only in your browser.
